Manifesto

We are not preparing kids for a job. We are raising founders.

School teaches children to answer questions. The world rewards those who ask better ones. NextGen Founder Class exists to close that gap — before it becomes a life sentence.

What we stand for

Five non- negotiables.

I

Real work, real stakes.

Every cohort ships real products to real users. No simulation. No 'imagine if'. The work either exists or it doesn't.

II

Mentors who have done it.

Founders, operators and investors who built things people use. No theory professors. No motivational speakers.

III

Selective on purpose.

We turn away most applicants. Not because we are gatekeepers — because a cohort is a culture, and culture is set by who you let in.

IV

International by default.

Phuket, San Francisco, Shenzhen, online. A child raised between cultures sees opportunities others can't.

V

Excellence with integrity.

We optimize for who they become, not just what they ship. A founder without character is a problem looking for a place to land.

The world we live in

Founders are getting younger. The pressure on them, heavier.

Success can now be built very early — and it is. But the same world that hands a sixteen-year-old a global stage also crushes them with a level of comparison, exposure and noise no previous generation faced. We want to raise adults who can think, navigate and stay confident in that world — not just kids who got rich fast.

As Christian leaders, we believe deeply that a human being has value. Our children should not grow up being told they will be replaced, obsolete, or only worth what they earn. They should learn to build around who they are, to fail inside a healthy frame, and to succeed without their worth depending on the outcome.

Social media floods them with false images of what success looks like. NextGen is our answer: a program that bets on values, on the full deployment of their potential — but with consciousness, and aimed at problems previous generations have not managed to solve.

What we believe

A few things we hold to be true.

  • ·Ambition is taught — and it is taught early or not at all.
  • ·Children rise to the level of expectation set around them.
  • ·Boredom in a smart child is a leading indicator of waste.
  • ·The best education is proximity: to builders, to risk, to the real economy.
  • ·A peer group is the single biggest predictor of a young person's trajectory.
  • ·The 21st century will be built by founders. Someone has to raise them.
Our values

Four compass points we refuse to compromise on.

We transmit a set of values founded on the worth of the human being — and we measure ourselves against them.

·

The value of the human being.

Every child carries inherent worth, before any output. We build on who they are, not on what they produce.

·

Love of neighbor and of self.

Ambition without love becomes harm. We teach both — care for others and a healthy regard for oneself.

·

Practical intelligence and wisdom.

Sharpness applied to real life — in work, in money, in relationships, in decisions. Not theory. Lived wisdom.

·

Leadership in service of a generation.

Power is borrowed. We train founders to lead for their generation, with creativity as their compass.

Our promise

We will be the program we wished existed.

Selective. International. Unapologetically demanding. Built by founders, for the next generation of founders. If your child is in our cohort, we are accountable — to you, to them, and to the standard we set the day we opened.
