How we handle your data
This page is maintained by the NextGen Founder Class team to answer common security and privacy questions about our website and parent guide. It is app-owned editable content, not an independent certification.
What we collect
When you request the Parent Guide or apply for a cohort, we collect the information you submit in the form: your email, your name (optional), your child's first name (optional), your child's age (optional), and the language you used. We also store the time of submission.
How we use it
We use this information only to send you the Parent Guide, follow up about your application, and share occasional updates about upcoming cohorts. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.
Where it is stored
Submissions are stored in a private database hosted on our backend platform. Access is restricted to the NextGen Founder Class team via a server-side service role. The database is not readable by anonymous or public users.
Cookies & analytics
We use minimal first-party analytics events (page views and CTA clicks) to understand which parts of the site are useful. We do not use cross-site advertising trackers.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the information you have submitted. Email us and we will action your request within a reasonable timeframe.
Security practices
- HTTPS in transit for all pages and form submissions.
- Row-level security enabled on all database tables; no public read access to lead data.
- Input validation (server-side schema) on every form submission.
- Secrets stored server-side only; never shipped to the browser.
Our backend platform provides the underlying hosting and database. Security responsibility is shared: the platform secures the infrastructure; we configure access policies and handle your data as described above.
